Things to do:  Bike, Photography, Hike Fee: None Skill Level:  Beginner to Advance Season: Year Round Trail Type:  Loop (Unless you want to just do the fun down hill part and then be picked up in Bloomington) RT Distance:  10 Miles (Unless you get picked up in Bloomington) This trail was a blast! Best rollercoaster ride I've ever had on a mountain bike. The trail is mostly smooth compact sand with lots of rolling hills. Beginners or experts ride it religiously. You will too. I usually just bomb the downhill and then have someone pick me up in Bloomington but you can loop back around. Finding the trail:  Take Dixie Drive to Canyon View Drive. When Canyon View Drive dead ends into the desert just keep following the trail up the bluff until you see a clearly marked trail head with maps. Pioneer Park This park is located off of Red Hills Pkwy up above the Dixie. It is free and so fun to explore for an hour or 2. I believe there are 2 slots you can climb through. Always people rock climbing and adventuring. Perfect for kids to run and climb on the red rock. Pioneer Park Its right next to the Red Hills Garden which is also free so make an afternoon of it!

Red Hills Desert Garden Its FREE and its so pretty! Visit there website here  for any questions or phone number. It's located off of Red Hills Pkwy up above the Dixie. It is a nice spot for kids to run around for a minute to stretch legs or explore. 

We absolutely love going and playing in the sand at Snow Canyon. The kids will spend a good hour running around and exploring. They ask to go every time we are there. It can be windy some times. You will also want to bring some water. Make sure the clean their pockets and shoes before getting back into the car! To find the Dunes -Enter Snow Canyon

Things to do:  Chill, Photography, Hike Fee:  National Parks Pass accepted Skill Level:   Intermediate-Strenuous Season:  Year Round Trail Type:  Out-and-Back RT Distance: 8 Miles Elevation Gain: Long steep climb- Peak: 6508 ft. This trail is definitely an amazing hike. You go through changes in rock color and the view at the end is immaculate. I wouldn't bring my kids on this hike as it has drop offs and steep cliff sides. I'll wait until they are a bit older! Finding the trail:  Once inside Zion Park you will find the trailhead at the    Weeping Rock  trailhead. Observation Point shares the first part of the trail with the East Rim and Hidden Canyon Trails and branches off the Weeping Rock Trail at the trailhead.

You get lots of different views of rivers, sand stone cliffs, slot canyons, caves, water falls, and Indian petroglyphs. It's a short hike with plenty of adventure for all ages. Finding the trail:  Follow I-15 S to Leeds . Take exit 23 from I-15 S Take N Main St and Old Hwy 91 to Red Cliffs National Conservation Area Once you've passed the booth where you pay your fee you'll pass a small parking area on your right. These first stalls are fine to park in but if the ones further down on the right are closer.  If you pass a small bridge you've gone too far.
