ZION NATIONAL PARK- OBSERVATION POINT
Things to do: Chill, Photography, Hike
Fee: National Parks Pass accepted
Skill Level: Intermediate-Strenuous
Season: Year Round
Trail Type: Out-and-Back
RT Distance: 8 Miles
Elevation Gain: Long steep climb- Peak: 6508 ft.
This trail is definitely an amazing hike. You go through changes in rock color and the view at the end is immaculate. I wouldn't bring my kids on this hike as it has drop offs and steep cliff sides. I'll wait until they are a bit older!
Finding the trail: Once inside Zion Park you will find the trailhead at the Weeping Rock trailhead. Observation Point shares the first part of the trail with the East Rim and Hidden Canyon Trails and branches off the Weeping Rock Trail at the trailhead.
